Who: Juugo, Gaara and anyone who would be out by the borders to crash their meeting

Where: On the border between Wind and Rain
Notes: Juugo gets assigned border patrol to help him get over his fear since bodyswitches. Gaara is there. Things happen!!!
Juugo doesn't want to admit it, but being on the ground makes him nervous right now. The attack had happened then, on the ground, and it still woke him up in a cold sweat. But on the other hand, he was good at patrol, and everyone knew it. He couldn't let Ame down because he was afraid.
But he can fly, and he can feel what's going on down on the ground while in the air, so it makes him feel better. That is, until he feels something. It's big and sharp, and too close for his comfort, so Juugo veres toward it, almost surprised that the big presence is so small down on the ground.
He's not ready to land yet, so he flexes the wings formed out of his own flesh and tips one so he swings in a circle above the person below. What are they doing?
