[CLOSED] water's sweet but blood is thicker

Where: An undisclosed location in the depths of Suna.
When: Second week of April.
Who: Kazue and Gaara. And Shukaku.

The difficulties with their plan are, in no particular order: the need for a suitable vessel with limited arms and mobility; the complexity of Kushina Uzumaki's provisional seals; and Shukaku throwing a tantrum before Gaara can even begin to properly explain. The first problem is solved by Kazue's loan of the micropuppet Takkun. It looks particularly fierce with juuin seals tracing up and down its body and wooden eyes gleaming with unnatural cunning, the success of which prove that the second problem has also been solved. With chakra-based ink and Gaara's own blood, the seals have been bypassed to at least allow temporary possession. The doors newly formed in a corner of his mind are ajar, a trickle of Shukaku's chakra enough to imbue the puppet with his intelligence.

The third difficulty... Well. Any bijuu is less intimidating when they're less than a foot tall, hopping from paw to paw in an ineffectual rage, and screaming in a voice roughly the pitch and tone of a desert mouse. Gaara looks over the table at Kazue, where she's acting as the second anchor for the seals, and tightens his mouth in an unspoken question. Are they ready? They need to be; Shukaku's borrowed foot comes down in a dull thunk of wood on wood, and he fires a tiny bullet of air over Gaara's shoulder with the sound of a kitten's sneeze.

"Oi, brats! What d'you think you're doing to me?"
