Circus Games [Open]
Where: Uzushiogakure
When: Beginning of May (Before everything goes to hell)
Who: Pengin, Maniwa NPCs, and you! [Open]
Notes: Some of the young ones of Maniwa have gotten restless and thus are earning some pocket change by practicing their routines for any who are waling down the streets.
Shinobi and their way of dress had made many civilians use to the odd ensemble that would be seen through villages so not many raised their heads at the small group of children, preteens, and teenagers that tumbled out of the small group of houses that had been bought by a small clan called Maniwa.
The attention came back once the pack of youth had split off into seemingly random pairs and groups up and down the street. Far enough away to not run into one another but still within shouting range and eyesight of one another. Pengin had a large advantage in seeing it all from atop the shoulders of Shigure-kun. The shaggy haired twelve year old that made many think of a friendly sheep dog when they looked at him, was oddly tall for his age and had snatched up the newly minted genin as his juggling partner early on. On the left side of the street Pengin could see a curly haired girl of fifteen, with her curling ram horns glinting in the sunlight, smiling and collecting money from people making bets on the seventeen year old boy with the tiger stripe markings all over his body as he took aim at targets with his bow. It was an old game of Kasu-neesan and Geki-niisan, because people didn't realize Geki-niisan could never miss so long as he used his special bow.
The sound of bells had Pengin looking to the right and seeing Kabe-chan perform a backflip onto Yumi-kun's shoulders. The nine year olds had a small crowd clapping as Kabe-chan's cat ear like pigtails with the large bells had some of the mothers cooing even as Yumi-kun with his serious look and rabbit eared hoody made them smile as he did a handstand once Kabe-chan had jumped off.
The claps made him return to what he was doing as the hoops he was juggling over Shigure-kun's head and down for him to catch and throw with his feet moved quickly and through the gaps of the multicolored balls Shigure-kun was using. Both of them moving easily as Shigure-kun bounced from one foot to the other as he caught and tossed the rings back to Pengin. It was nice to do something like this and not worry about d-rank missions or if he was training enough to show he did deserve to graduate when he did.

He hadn't expected to see a pack of Maniwa children though, more than one of whom he recognized in some fashion or another, however, and that drew him to a halt, bewildered. Not for long, of course, as it was only a few moments before he approached the group to watch, settling in where he could see everything and leaning into his staff. It was a comforting, familiar sight, and he didn't see any issue with spending his time on it.
