Notes: Neji was sent to Ame for a few weeks... at least that was the idea.
It was his birthday and he'd been having a wonderful morning. He'd gotten word back that his envoy was on the way. Admittedly the envoy wasn't the one he'd been angling for and the idea of a Hyuuga in his lands was a bit... unsettling, but that was fine. He'd heard about a little festival so they'd spend the day at home, and then he'd set out to that and drag the man along with him. They should make it there around the start, stay a day or two, and then come back. A nice first week while he decided what to do with the man.
And pity the poor creature if he turned on those eyes in Ame, the chakra in the rain would probably not let him see a thing.
Thus it was that he was waiting under the awning when the man was due to arrive, watching his people and relaxed as he sat on a sheltered bench.
