When: A chilly night on December the 6th.
Notes: [Closed, between Shisui and Itachi. Itachi retires for the night to actually find him there this time.]

Or rather-- Shisui was busy as well, so Itachi wouldn't fault him.

He'd been back for some time, cut out of outside missions due to his health concerns, and others. During this time he carefully spent his nights at Shisui's, which was empty, Iruka's, or even his own bed, when he wasn't spending the night guarding specific parts of the village and other gates.

This time, however, as he steps into Shisui's, ...he's there.

And Itachi glances for just a second too long before he bends down to remove his shoes and loop his scarf on a nearby hook.

He makes the mistake of sneezing a moment later. The temperatures had been rapidly dropping, too early for his taste, and his frail immune system.
