"Genetically, yes," he says immediately. It's already strange to him that the Hyuuga are willing to breed their genes so closely; he's well aware that the Uchiha elders have some kind of complex system in place to determine who is and isn't too close in bloodline without diluting the possibility of a usable Sharingan. He can't imagine the Hyuuga don't, even if their doujutsu is more consistently activated.
