Who: Adela Milani (
abileunaspada) & OPEN
Where: Konohagakure, Milani Forge
When: October 4th
What: It's been about a month since the events that cost Adela her eye occurred, and even now she's still trying to adjust to the loss. Unfortunately, it's not going as smoothly as she'd like.
----------
Even just working with the grind wheel was different now. She winced behind her mask, trying to focus on where she was grinding the edge of the katana she was working with. It was getting increasingly frustrating to make her standard of quality as she normally would -- honestly she didn't think the loss of sight in her eye would make that much of a difference!
"FUCK!!"
That was about when her arm got burnt by some stray cinders she hadn't seen, and a loud curse echoed through the workshop and into the front store area before Adela quickly dunked her arm a nearby water bucket with a sigh. Crap, what was wrong with her... And when Adela came back to the front of the store she was absently rubbing burn ointment on her arm before she froze, blinking a couple of times at the person in store, "... Hello."
... They hadn't heard that, had they?
