Sasuke just barely refrained from snorting out loud at the question, mostly because it was abundantly obvious to him exactly whom the third wheel had been. Shisui and Itachi had probably been remarkably tolerant for much-older relatives with an insistently tag-along child, but Sasuke was old enough now to have a sense for when his company wasn't preferred, or so he liked to assume.
