It's hardly the first time they've been asked that question and it probably won't be the last, but Sasuke can still feel the deep sigh that emerges from him in response to it. Fumiko, at least, just gives both of them a scrutinizing look before shrugging one shoulder.

"Oh well," she says, and then points to Hinata's tray and her own. "Are you gonna pay, onii-san?"

... which is a sufficiently unexpectedly familiar form of address that Sasuke turns a startled glance to Hinata, a mute expression of alarm. Out loud, he only says -- "Missions don't pay as much as you think they do, Fumiko."
