[Backdate to June 26, day after the Exams end][Open to Konoha shinobi]]
Who: Any Konoha shinobi of rank jounin and up.
Where: Konoha
When: June 26
Notes: Abel trying to fix a problem he sees.
Abel could admit to himself that this was probably going to cause some waves, but he figure it was better for him to do something in a peaceful manner than something happen to the shinobi Adela. After all, he had only given a general bit of information about Sephiroth and she pretty much poured her heart out to him, giving him information that he could easily use against her. Not that he would, but what if it had been a less scrupulous shinobi, he could have easily lured her into a trap for either further information or ransom.
Which was why he was now standing in front of the Hokage's building, wondering just who he needed to talk to about this. If it had been Ame, he would have gone to the girl's teacher, but here in Konoha, he simply couldn't walk up to someone and ask if they were Adela's teacher. That was the downside to being a foreign shinobi here.
Maybe he'll get lucky and see someone he recognized before he has to make that final decision about if he should ask for a meeting with the Hokage or not.

Either way, Shisui happened to be going that way and, upon seeing the very same shinobi that had bid on Itachi earlier, he stops. There's the part of him that wants to let things be and go on his way, but there's also the lingering curiosity.
Curiosity wins, as usual, and Shisui casually walks over to the man, hands in his pockets.
"Something I can help you with?"

He inclined his head to the other. "Abel of Ame."

The halfway-bow was met with one of his own. "Uchiha Shisui. Nice to meet you, Abel." This time he gives the visitor a proper smile, then glances up at the Hokage tower. "Now, how may I be of any assistance?" if Abel was planning on going straight to the Hokage, then-- well, in all honesty, Shisui figured it would be best to settle things outside first before bringing it to the attention of the Hokage. What was that rule about 'don't call me unless the house is on fire'?

He looked at the newest Uchiha in his acquaintance. "No offense, but you are at least a jounin rank? The one I am concerned about is either a chunin or a genin, and any advice would best come from someone of a jounin or higher rank." It wasn't meant to be a slight against Shisui at all, but Abel wanted someone who could pull rank if needed against Adela.

"The shinobi in question is having a personal crisis," Abel began, his voice soft to carry between only the two of them. "I recognized her from the auction last month and moved over to strike up a conversation. A bit of chatting, and she suddenly tells me all this personal information that could easily be used against her."
