[open] Vacation is where I shouldn't be
Who: Temari and whoever (Calling all people she hasn't interacted with like ever)
What: Visiting and meeting new people. Aka vacation.
Where: Konohagakure.
When: Second week of September to the end of the month, super backdated.
[Starters in individual comments below. If you see one you like feel free to reply even if someone else already has. The more the merrier since she needs more CR. If a starter doesn't fit your fancy feel free to wildcard it. Basically, just come talk to Temari.]

With a sigh she shakes her head. "We'll see what happens in a few days."

Tenten was just fortunate that she had the skills and means of creating her own near endless source of weaponry rather than rely on the need to constantly purchase more.

But like the other girl she did have the means to make her own tessens. Suna typical, but that couldn't be helped. Though if she had the time to study an exotic design she could probably replicate it well enough. She just didn't have the hours to spare needed for the study. "Impulsive would be spending the hours needed to study it for replication."

Still, it was like any other skill that a person could possess. The more practiced the hand, the faster the process. Eventually, it would become nothing more than an excuse. "It gets easier after the first time."
But then, not everyone had the patience or drive to cultivate such a skill.

She sighs. "Unfortunately the first time will have to wait." And it seems her escort was going to choose that moment to make his approach. She doesn't pay him any mind despite knowing he's there. And he seems just as content to hang back for the moment. "It seems that my time to browse is coming to an end, thank you for discussing the fan with me."

"Those ANBU definitely know their work and know how to do it well," Tenten scoffed, "I guess we can take comfort in that."
It did little for them now, of course, but that was more an issue for the other to be concerned about. Tenten's free time was still mostly her own even if a majority of it was spent in rigorous training. Which was a lot more than the blonde could say.
"In any case, the pleasure was all mine. I don't really get to talk about specialty tools, much, with a lot of people." Flashing her what she hoped to be a friendly smile, the kunoichi turned all her attention to the other woman and offered a respectable bow. "Hopefully we'll get to again, before you leave, Miss...?"

It was like a shock to the system the instant everything clicked into place, Tenten's expression melting from cheery calm to utter disbelief as dark eyes darted to the hitai-ate tied firmly to the other's forehead. With the Suna insignia etched deeply into the metal for all to see.
"Temari. Of the Sand..." Muscles tense and hands almost shaking under the tension she felt building up within her, the kunoichi regarded the other in a much more muted manner than before, brows already starting to knit together in seriousness. "You're Temari..."

Tossing more fuel into the fire burning within, Tenten's back straightening to add a few more centimeters of height to her frame as the young woman extended her hand intently towards the other. "I'm Tenten. Of Team Gai."

"So you are." She says it blandly, like this isn't something to be made out to be a big deal. She would have preferred a meeting where there was actually time to get a feel for the girl in a different way. But the exchange over the fan was so prominent in memory that it was hard to reconcile the Tenten Neji spoke of and this girl still standing in the street. The one she'd met she didn't have any hard opinions on but she wasn't entirely sure she could trust her, and liking her was miles away at present.
"It's nice to meet you Tenten."

"Likewise." Her talk with Neji was still fresh in Tenten's mind. And the kunoichi was loathed to discover that she'd been given every opportunity to find out if those claims had been true. Only to squander it away on mundane topics, all because neither one knew just who the other was. "Seems I've kept you long enough, though, so..."
