[Closed] Lots of running.
Who: Yuffie and Peter Pettigrew.
Where: Kirigakure
When: Back Dated very far: Year - 56 ~ ish
Summary: Yuffie’s running away and she runs into Peter.
Her movements were quick as she dashed through the crowded streets. She wasn’t really keeping track where she was going, she only focused on getting away. She could hear some angry shouts as she first fled but they quickly died down. It didn't matter; she had to get away.
Yuffie took a sharp turn down a thin alley emerging other the other side with relative grace. A flash of brightly colored hair came into view and she pressed her heels into the ground skidding to an abrupt halt. She successfully avoided running into him only to land on her butt looking up at the stranger.
"Whoa!"

"You okay?"

Yuffie took his hand still a little dazed from his sudden arrival into her view. She had been running too though she didn't feel like she was far enough away. No where really felt like it was far enough away.
After he helped her to her feet she pointed to his breath, noting his heavy breathing in her own strange way. "What are you running from?" As if Yuffie has the rights to running away from things.

"Why were they chasing you?"
She was studying him now, her expression curious but not overly prying.

Yuffie let out a slow breath looking around them as if the bogyman might jump out and nab her.
"Parent-ish." She waved her hands in the air as if dismissing the thought.

"Ah? Where you from then?"
She didn't want to talk about her dad, as far as she was concerned he was being a jerk and she was going to have nothing to do with him.

She didn't really know where she was going but she didn't really care.

"Let's get food." Not that Yuffie had a lot of money on her but she was hungry and wasn't sure where else to go.

"Mmmmm." She hummed softly looking over the shops and breathing in the rich smells. "Steamed dumplings." Specifically the really big ones that you can just munch on.

Yuffie dropped Peters hand and then gestured for him to sit. "Food is the best. Though if you want to do something else we can too. I'm sure there is something we can sneak into." She glanced around once before resting her elbows on the counter.

"2 orders of pork buns!" She held up two fingers and a heart beat later the man was placing a plate in front of both of them. There were only three buns on the plate but they were almost the size of Yuffie's head.
Yuffie wasted no time shoveling one of the tangy sweet buns into her mouth. "There really good!" She spoke with her mouth full and was very difficult to understand.

"Why were you running?"
no subject
"Because there was something to run from." She would skirt the issue as long as she possibly could.

"Yeah, I guess that's true." Yuffie sighed finishing her first bun. "For lack of a better way to explain it, I was running from ... a teacher." Yeah, let's go with that. No names needed.

"What's your name again?"
Had she asked that?
